Event Space | The Art Studio at Warm Brook Farm
The Art Studio at Warm Brook Farm is a planned small event and creative space on the grounds of our 1792 farmhouse in Arlington, Vermont. The goal is simple: create a light-filled, flexible studio that can host intimate gatherings, workshops and retreats while still feeling connected to the surrounding gardens and mountain views.
A Quiet, Flexible Space in Southern Vermont
When complete, the Art Studio is intended to work well for:
- Small creative workshops or classes
- Retreat break-out sessions and planning days
- Intimate celebrations or special occasions with a short guest list
- Photography sessions or styled shoots that benefit from natural light and a farmhouse setting
The studio is being designed with a flexible layout and simple, honest materials so it can adapt to different types of small events without feeling overly “hotel” or corporate.
Connection to Warm Brook Farm
The Art Studio will sit on the same three-acre property as Warm Brook Farm, with easy access to the farmhouse, perennial gardens, koi pond, and outdoor seating areas. Together, they offer a quiet corner of Southern Vermont that works well for groups who want to gather, create, and then step outside for fresh air and views.
Timeline & Inquiries
The Art Studio is currently planned for a 2026 opening. Exact details, layout and capacity may evolve as the project comes together.
