The Wood Stove Den’s queen pullout sleeps two children or smaller adults easily, or one adult in full comfort — it works best as a flex space rather than a primary bedroom for two adults. Yes — dogs are always welcome at Warm Brook Farm. Your four-legged family members are genuinely part of the experience here: a dog bed, bowls, treats, and the occasional belly rub are waiting on arrival. Up to 2 dogs, no size restriction, no pet fee. Please note the property is completely unfenced, so keep that in mind for dogs that like to roam. Cats and other pets are not permitted. Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival receive a full 100% refund. Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund.
