Photo Gallery
A proper look at the farmhouse, every room, the grounds, the gardens, and the property in all four seasons. What you see is what you get.
Every room, every season, exactly as guests find it. Questions about a specific space? booking@warmbrookfarm.com
The Kitchen
What you see in the kitchen photos is what you arrive to: a commercial Viking range, a fully stocked chef's kitchen, and a custom coffee station with locally roasted Vermont coffee ready to go. The welcome basket is a real thing — locally made goodies, farm-fresh eggs, Vermont maple syrup, and a nice bottle of wine waiting when you arrive. Not a staging prop.
The Bedrooms
Each room is dressed with quality linens on arrival — silky soft OEKO-TEX® certified 400-count bamboo sheets throughout, with an organic cotton chenille duvet on the four-poster queen in the Rose Room. American-made 100% cotton bath towels throughout. Many of the antique furnishings in the photos are sourced from New England.
The Record Player
The Fluance Hi-Fi Record Player paired with a Marshall Stanmore Bluetooth Speaker tends to become the centerpiece of the first evening. It is not decoration — guests actually use it, and it comes up in reviews more than almost anything else in the house.
The Grounds
Three acres is more space than the photos can fully convey. There is an entertainer's patio, an upper terrace with Green Mountain views, a lower koi pond, an upper water garden, a covered lanai, a three-season screened porch, a hammock cottage, a Hollyhock Cottage she shed, an Arlington-themed sitting shed, a potting shed, a sledding hill, and a kitchen garden. In summer, the Asiatic lily beds in July and August are something guests consistently stop to photograph themselves.
The Red Barn Art Studio
The Art Studio photos show the Red Barn space available for intimate weddings, elopements, rehearsal dinners, and workshops. If you are considering the property for a special event, get in touch and we will share more detail about what is possible here.
Winter at Warm Brook Farm
The winter photos show a side of the property that surprises guests who first find it in summer. The farmhouse under snow, the sledding hill behind the house, the hot tub steaming in the cold air, the Wood Stove Den with the fire going — winter is not a shoulder season here. It is genuinely one of the best times to come.
